What we can offer you: 25 days of annual leave Access to our people’s pension scheme Free physiotherapy service Discounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers Access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential What you'll be doing: Plan and schedule cleaning operations, including deep cleans, for the Lonza Facility Manage resources and staff to maintain GMP standards and ensure quality compliance Train, coach, and develop cleaning staff while promoting best practices Oversee daily cleaning activities, review logbooks, and ensure adherence to SOPs Conduct weekly equipment checks and report defects to the Soft Services Manager Participate in EHS culture, report incidents, and attend required training sessions Liaise with team members, Veolia Management, and Lonza employees to ensure smooth operations What we're looking for: Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols in a pharmaceutical or healthcare facility Excellent leadership and team management skills Attention to detail and organisational skills Experience with quality assurance processes and environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations Effective communication and interpersonal skills What's next?
