They are seeking a Membership and Operations Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.

This is an exciting opportunity for a community-focused leader with experience managing a coworking space or workspace.
The Role
As the Membership and Operations Manager, you will manage the daily operations of the workspace for entrepreneurs and freelancers in the creative industries. You will ensure a safe and welcoming environment, oversee member engagement, retention, and programme delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the member induction process and CRM system
* Gathering feedback and data to evaluate member experiences
* Building an alumni network to maintain connections with past members
* Managing the workspace budget, reporting monthly revenue, and handling member payments
* Line managing Workspace Coordinators and scheduling their work rota
* Collaborating on developing the growth strategy for the workspace
About You
To be considered as a Membership and Operations Manager, you will need:
* Experience managing a coworking space and engaging communities
* Experience managing CRM software or management systems for coworking spaces
* Experience planning, delivering, and facilitating events and workshops
* Knowledge of the creative industries and its roles
* The ability to monitor expenditure and manage budgets
* Excellent people management and communication skills
Please note, this role will involve some unsocial hours, including evenings and weekends.
