Our client, a reputable organisation within the maritime sector, is currently seeking a Senior Project Quality Professional to join their team on a contract basis. This role is integral to maintaining quality and HSE standards within the submarine solutions discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Quality Function to ensure compliance with the local Quality Business Management System
2. Manage own tasks, deliver results, and escalate problem areas
3. Provide guidance to junior team members
4. Conduct specialist Quality activities according to procedures
5. Engage in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Assurance, and Quality Improvements
6. Lead internal audits and support supplier audits
7. Manage non-conformance resolution and corrective actions
8. Conduct Quality investigations and analyse data effectively
Job Requirements:
1. Experience in Quality and HSE within the maritime sector
2. Knowledge of ISO 9001/ EN9100 standards
3. Understanding of Business Management Systems and Operational Assurance processes
4. Experience with Root Cause Analysis methodologies
5. Effective stakeholder management skills
6. Proficiency in leading internal and supplier audits
7. Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
8. Lead Auditor status or equivalent experience
