An established care facility in the heart of Staffordshire is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team and contribute to their mission of delivering exceptional care. Specialising in supporting individuals with enduring mental health challenges, mild learning disabilities, and acquired brain injuries, the organisation focuses on rehabilitation, fostering independence, and enabling residents to achieve their aspirations while upholding diversity and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Registered Manager to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and deliver high-quality care.
Lead and inspire a team of nurses and care staff, ensuring professional excellence.
Supervise care plans and support staff development through supervision, appraisals, and mentoring.
Conduct audits, create actionable improvement plans, and oversee implementation.
Guide care staff during shifts to ensure person-centred care is delivered.
Administer prescribed medications safely and ensure efficient stock management.
Safeguard residents' well-being through effective care planning and risk management.
Demonstrate expertise in working with individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, and brain injuries.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes. Working Hours:
Full-time preferred (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM).
Flexibility required for emergencies, occasional extended hours, and occasional Saturday work. What’s on Offer:
