Job Description
We're recruiting for aCorporate Specialist to join us. You will be provide a first-class service in the analysis and calculation of all Unit Trust box decisions to ensure they are managed in line with regulations and in accordance with internal policy. Assisting with the preparation of all Management Information for the use of Senior Managers and other internal stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
1. Analysing and producing accurate box decisions on UTM fund holdings and assess cash positions to ensurepliance with regulatory and internal box management requirements
2. Responsible for daily Unit Trust box reconciliations and ensuring accurate cash decisions are sent to the Finance Operations team, Northern Trust Depositary and Fund Accountants to ensure cash decisions are settled within the usual fund settlement cycle
3. Ensuring accurate and timely uploads of daily Unit Trust prices to Rufus/EWS in line with SLAs. Where prices are delivered past SLA demonstrate flexibility to ensure price uploads arepleted, even if outside of normal working hours
4. Assisting with the accurate calculation of pricing bases to ensure Unit Trust Single Priced funds do not suffer dilution
5. Assisting the production of Management Information and analytical support to various stakeholders
6. Supporting L&G UTM operational liquidity by identifying any settlement mismatches and arranging changes to settlement with Northern Trust Trustees
7. Supporting peers, Service Delivery Manager and Finance Operations Manager in providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
8. Analyse any impact of pricing errors on customers and the fund,pensating where necessary
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
9. Ability to manage UTM boxes and associated market exposure.
10. Knowledge of systems used in the day-to-day processing of tasks such as the Fund Services Platform, Rufus, EWS, Business Objects and MS Office suite
11. Up to date knowledge of CASS, GDPR, COLL and MiFiD regulations
12. Experience working in Financial services
