Job Description:
As a Technology Business Analyst, you will analyze Business Requirements to understand the business needs and to determine how to best functionally fulfil those needs. You will be a strong influencer in ensuring strategic build is in-line with the overall onboarding solution, providing input into design, implementation, and testing phases of strategic projects required within onboarding space reference data agenda by utilizing agile (scrum) methodology.

Your efforts will touch lives all over the financial spectrum and across all our divisions: Global Finance, Corporate Treasury, Risk Management, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, and within the Corporate Administrative Office. You’ll be part of a team specifically built to meet and exceed our evolving technology needs, as well as our technology controls agenda.
Job responsibilities
* Ability to work independently and manage requests from multiple groups, defining business requirement specs while working with users.
* Demonstrate experience of working in a BDD environment.
* Take ownership of ensuring the requirement is supported and built into an end-to-end solution.
* Prepare presentations for Senior Management and be comfortable in a client-facing role.
* Ability to think strategically while maintaining strong attention to detail.
* Team player with strong interpersonal and networking skills.
* Proven analytical, organization, and planning skills.
* Track record of defining and successfully delivering new solutions from concept to launch and rollout.
* Superior written and presentation communication skills.
* Develop test strategy in TDD, along with Change management experience.
* Testing, with the ability to independently perform manual testing with maximum coverage.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Business Analyst/Capital Markets & Fixed Income experience.
* Experience working with technology teams to clearly explain requirements, user stories, and functionality.
* Problem-solving skills - superior ability to structure and scope complex problems, apply a range of technology/analytical tools, gain and synthesize insights, and develop recommendations.
* Strong organizational skills - ability to take strategic direction and independently develop/manage project plans. Proven ability to frame opportunities, own issues, and have the determination to follow tasks/issues through to resolution.
* Client engagement skills - ability to closely partner with senior leaders, business contacts, and other stakeholders on projects.
* Ability to multi-task and deliver to tight deadlines.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Familiarity with Oracle and modern front-end technologies.
* Exposure to cloud technologies.
* An understanding of the investment banking sector - experience in one or more of the following business areas is a major plus: Fixed Income, FX, F&O, Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Hedge Funds.
