About Our Client
My client is looking for a competent Executive Assistant to join their organisation and support a key director in the business based in Lincoln.
Job Description
3. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
4. Manage schedules and organise meetings and appointments.
5. Prepare reports, presentations, and other important documents.
6. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
8. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
9. Participate in project planning and implementation.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
11. Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
12. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
13. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
14. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
16. Detail-oriented mindset.
17. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
18. Experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
19. Can commute to Lincoln
