As a Chef de Partie, you will support the Head Chef in ensuring that the food offered to guests is of a consistently high standard.
Responsibilities
1. Prepare and present food of the highest quality possible within company guidelines.
2. Advise Sous Chef of foods that need to be rotated.
3. Manage dry store goods and keep the fridge clean and tidy.
4. Be responsible for the strict control of hygiene in the section, monitoring food preparation areas.
5. Report any hygiene problems to the Executive Chef or his Deputy in his absence.
6. Be fully aware and comply with resort security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
7. Monitor and develop cleaning schedules, ensuring that they are followed.
