Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled EIQ Development Team Technical Lead for our London or Birmingham office. This is a hybrid position requiring twice-monthly visits to the office. As part of our client's global services organisation, which is growing and investing heavily, you will play a key role in leading development teams across the UK, China, and India. You will interact with a team of 42 staff, including developers, scrum masters, product owners, and testers, and key stakeholders within the business. The programme involves developing internal business products and platforms, such as dashboards and functionalities, developing release pipelines, supporting and managing risks, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of developers, scrum masters, product owners, and testers.
* Develop and enhance internal business products and platforms such as dashboards and functionalities.
* Develop and manage release pipelines.
* Support and manage risks associated with the programme.
* Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
* Interact with key stakeholders within the business.
Essential Skills
* Experience as a Development Team Technical Lead.
* Proficiency in React
* Proficiency in Node.js.
* Experience with SQL databases.
* Strong skills in stakeholder management.
* Experience with scrum and sprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with SSO and Ox Zero API.
* Knowledge of integration and implementation processes.
