Full-Time Teacher of Art - Immediate Start
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Art to join our team at a secondary school in Chesterfield. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to inspire creativity and develop students' artistic skills in a supportive and dynamic learning environment.
Role Overview:
As a Teacher of Art, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students across various year groups, from Key Stage 3 through to Key Stage 4. You will have the chance to nurture students' creativity, inspire their artistic expression, and help them achieve their full potential in Art.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering engaging and effective Art lessons to students
Creating and implementing exciting curriculum plans
Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback and support where needed
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Participating in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunitiesIdeal Candidates:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Strong subject knowledge and passion for Art
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel in their creative studies
