Job Description What you’ll do Respond to computer related service and incident tickets. (Desktops/laptops) - Hardware and software trouble shooting Onboarding and Offboarding Users Support the wider IT team with Server / Network issues Provide installation and upgrade services of supported hardware and software Maintain stock levels by managing the inventory of hardware equipment. Ensure business continuity by managing on time renewals for IT services. Provide support to the deployment teams for IT releases.
