Are you looking for an exciting Project Officer role within Estate Development? We are looking for a Project Officer to assist with capital project management, ensuring that schemes are delivered to time, cost, and quality constraints. Support clinical and non-clinical teams in the planning of any new or refurbished accommodation. Ensure that service delivery standards are achieved. Work in partnership with colleagues across the Trust to drive the achievement of the Trust's corporate goals and business plan, including the achievement of all the relevant performance standards incorporating quality, safety, contractual, financial and people.

Main duties of the job
* Ensure that programme governance arrangements are fully supported ensuring that requests, agreements, and decisions are fully documented.
* Assist with the space utilisation programme regularly informing the asset and information office and CAD technician of any changes resulting from moves.
* Prepare reports on progress, site activities and other related issues.
* Liaise with and assist Project Managers and Clerk of the works as required.
* Take client brief and expectations.
* Act as a single point of contact.
* Collate all information to produce feasibility study/reports.
