Senior Housing Sales Advisor / Retirement Living Sales Executive
LUXURY RETIREMENT LIVING
ONSITE ROLE – Kingston / Surbiton Area / South West London
£35,000 base salary plus extensive incentive scheme (weekly and monthly) plus competitive bonus for every sale
OTE £60,000 - £70,000+
Own transport needed for this role
Some flexibility is required for weekend or evening appointments, core hours are Monday to Friday.

This is where you come in.
You understand how to build trust with an older person and their family, you’re interested in, or have worked in, luxury retirement living and would approach all potential residents and families the same way you would want your elderly relatives treated.
You understand moving out of the family home and into a retirement living village is a huge decision for someone to make, but you are willing to take the time to guide individuals and their families through the process in a caring and trusting way.

Skills and experience
To be considered for this rewarding role as Sales Advisor I am keen to hear from people with:
* Experience of selling a high value product or service, retirement, property or healthcare sales
* Ability to build trust, you are highly empathetic
* Understand the right time to close a sale with a relationship-driven approach
* Self-motivated personality, target orientated, able to hit a range of KPIs consistently
* An interest in marketing, PR and creative ways to execute community outreach
* The confidence to network with key people in the local and surrounding areas
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Experience with Sherpa highly desirable but not essential
