We are looking for an HR Advisor who shares this commitment and is ready to contribute to our collective goal by supporting both our colleagues and our organisational objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experienced in Employee Relations – Able to confidently handle employee relations issues.
2. Coaching Approach – Committed to guiding and supporting colleagues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
3. CIPD Level 5 Qualification (or equivalent) – essential for this role.
4. Collaborative and Resourceful – A team player who leverages resources effectively and communicates clearly to keep operations running smoothly.
5. Passionate About BCHA’s Mission – Dedicated to supporting our goal to help customers thrive. Our HR team can contribute towards this by ensuring our colleagues feel valued and equipped with the tools they need.
