What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors and Head Teacher of Mortimer Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work within our school.Initially working in our Nursery, but candidates should expect to be utilised across the primary phase if required.You must be:
• An excellent practitioner, able to work with children under the direction of the class teacher/SENCo;
• Able to lead small groups;
• Friendly, caring, hard-working and supportive, with high expectations;
• Able to adapt to situations as they arise, using a flexible approach and a range of strategies to support learning and behaviour.
