Join us as a Workforce Management Coordinator and you'll be a big part of this.
Role Purpose: Provide support to the Business in analysing and presenting a range of data which contributes to the management & control and effective deployment of the annual staff cost budget. The role focuses on key reporting on deployment/Staff costs and the workforce management systems.
Key responsibilities
* WorkForce Management - analyse, control and improve the data within the WFM solution. Provide support on the scheduling and planning of store resource to the retail team. Support Stores in rollout and 2nd line support to stores on an ongoing basis.
* Produce, review and develop accurate weekly and period reporting on Deployment and Staff Costs.
* Coordinate a range of stakeholders to ensure staff cost reporting is accurate.
* Support and educate Retail in effective deployment through reporting and a range of interventions.
* Support measurement projects for both transformation projects and quantifying current resource requirements.
* Identify and develop opportunities to improve and maximise Staff Costs.
* Input into the delivery of Staff Cost budget/Forecast to help with fair and accurate budgeting.
* Identify and manage cross-functional partners and external vendors to determine best solutions for the business.
* Provide analysis of financial & deployment information.
* Co-ordination of data and reporting to support deployment team and retail leadership.
Required skills & experience

* Strong Data Analysis skills, able to organise data into user-friendly formats to support business propositions.
* Strong planning & prioritising skills.
* Ability to collate data using Multiple tools.
* Familiarity of a store operation through previous experience.
* Understanding of Workforce Management/Scheduling/Rota.
* Demonstrates curiosity to drive operational improvements.
* Confident in challenging current processes and ways of working.
* Confident in communication upwards.
