It is an exciting time to join Debt Services as we drive huge investment across our business. We have recently migrated all of our platforms and our legacy data centres to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and are about to embark on the next stage of our transformation journey, where we will be integrating with more Google managed services and strategic Equifax platforms. This will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and have hands-on training whilst influencing and supporting this exciting programme of work!
You will join energised and supportive teams who drive a positive culture immersed in leading-edge technology. We develop secure, scalable, extensible and highly available technology solutions for our clients to ensure we fully meet their business needs and service level agreements. We also hold monthly social events for learning across technology and are based in a vibrant and central location in Nottingham.
We’re seeking people with potential who are up for a challenge; creative, high-energy, diverse, driven and most of all excited about working with the latest technology to deliver solutions that help people live their best financial life. We’ll offer industry recognised certification as part of your role as well as other learning opportunities which include on the job training as well as a huge range of self managed training opportunities.
We are looking for an Intermediate Production Support Engineer to join our team and help maintain the stability and performance of our .NET-based platforms running on Google Cloud. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and implementing small enhancements and bug fixes. Additionally, you will work on automating manual tasks to improve efficiency.
While experience with Google Cloud is beneficial, it is not required - you will have the opportunity to learn and receive training as part of the role.
