The Role: Retrofit Advisor
As a Retrofit Advisor, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between customers and retrofit services. Your primary responsibility will be to support clients by explaining retrofit plans clearly and effectively, ensuring they understand the proposed energy-saving measures and the benefits these bring.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding and Support:
Possess a strong understanding of the UK's commitment to achieving net-zero emissions and the global challenges of climate change. Use this knowledge to educate and support customers, helping them appreciate the advantages of retrofitting their properties.
2. Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with key stakeholders, including:
1. Retrofit Coordinator: Responsible for developing comprehensive retrofit plans.
2. Operations Team: Manages the scheduling and execution of retrofit installations.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication between the customer, the coordinator, and the operations team.
3. Communication and Administration:
Translate technical details into customer-friendly language while maintaining accuracy. Keep all systems and records meticulously updated to ensure a smooth and accountable process.
The Impact:

Job Details:
1. Job Type: Full-time
2. Pay: £23,000 - £25,000 per year
3. Additional Pay: Performance bonus
4. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
5. Location: In-person
