Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Talent Development Lead to be based within the London office.
Main responsibilities within the Talent Development Lead position include:
* Developing and executing the learning and development strategy, aligning with the company’s goals and objectives.
* Creating engaging and innovative learning content using various formats.
* Leading mandatory training content, ensuring training is regularly refreshed.
* Designing and implementing comprehensive learning programs, addressing both immediate and long-term skill gaps.
* Working closely with the senior leadership team to identify future workforce trends and ensure learning strategies align with changing business needs.
* Assessing organisational learning needs through various forums.
* Evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of training programs, using metrics like learning outcomes, performance improvement, and ROI.
* Fostering a culture of continuous learning that supports employee growth and development at all levels.
* Lead and mentor the learning team.
Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role:
* Proven experience in designing and implementing learning programs.
* Strong background in needs analysis and strategic planning, with the ability to assess skills gaps and identify development priorities.
* Experience in measuring the impact of learning initiatives, using data-driven approaches to assess program effectiveness and improve outcomes.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple projects.
