Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating the preparation of monthly Auto-WIP and Journal returns
Liaising with the Client on compensation events, payment allocation queries, and disallowed items
Providing cost analysis via SAP and Power BI
Assisting the Construction Manager with the compilation of Project Board Reports
Overseeing the Subcontract Management processes
To be successful in thisSenior Quantity Surveyorrole, you will need:
Extensive knowledge of the NAECI Agreement
Proven experience on major Construction Projects
Familiarity with NEC4 Option B Contracts and the Standard Method of Measurement
Basic knowledge of P6 programmes
