Role Description The purpose of this role is to lead on all operational estate related matters, freeing the head of property and workspace services to focus on the strategic direction of the department and be part of the succession plan for the head of department. Key Accountabilities Leads on all operational real estate matters such as transactions, rates, rent reviews, lease renewals Builds long term relationships with Allianz landlords Key member of projects teams, acting as a lead SME on all real estate activities Acts as an interface between landlords, facilities management and sustainability team Responsible for the Allianz property database Responsible for managing the real estate supply chain, including performance management of suppliers Cover for head of property and workspace services Technical Skills A strong grasp of the Landlord & Tenant legislation in the UK Good awareness of all property related Health and safety legislation Awareness of the property market and current and future trends Experience Substantial experience working in the real estate sector, with experience of office occupiers, either in corporate in-house property teams or as a supplier to corporate organisations Competent presentation skills Strong IT skills with a minimum requirement for basic Excel, Word and Powerpoint Additional IT skills would be advantageous What We Will Offer You Recognised and rewarded for a job well done, we have a range of flexible benefits for you to choose from- so you can pick a package that’s perfect for you.
