The Role:
The firm seeks an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their Bury St Edmunds office in Suffolk. The role involves working on a high-quality caseload, including contract disputes, professional negligence claims, debt recovery, Director and Shareholder actions, company disputes, insolvency, and cross-border litigation.
This position offers excellent prospects for progression, including a clear route to Senior positions and Partnership for those interested.
Requirements:
* You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE
* You should be ambitious and dynamic, eager to be at the forefront of an award-winning department
* You should have strong technical knowledge and experience across all aspects of commercial litigation
