We are currently looking to appoint an experienced coordinator to manage the sales & purchasing operations for our UK & Netherlands sites. You will be reporting to the General Manager and responsible for overseeing the efficient management of orders and stock levels across our sites.
Riverside Aromatics was founded in 2006 and is now a well-established supplier of aroma chemicals in the food and flavour industry. From our two warehouses, located in UK and Netherlands, we are currently exporting over 250 products globally to over 35 countries.
This role is a full-time role based at our Poole Head Office.
Key tasks & responsibilities of the Commercial Coordinator:
1. Management of Customer Contracts
2. Management of Customer Orders
3. Managing Stock Levels in our UK and NL warehouses
4. Managing Production Levels for both the UK and NL warehouses
5. Use SAP to manage our Sales and Purchase Orders
6. Processing Customer Purchase Orders
7. Coordinating the Sales Administration team
8. Good Communication with our customers and international suppliers
Our ideal candidate brings with the following skills and experiences:
1. Commercial minded.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. You work accurately and methodically and have an eye for detail.
4. Analytical and numerical ability.
5. Bachelor's Degree in Business would be of interest.
6. Are flexible and have a hands-on attitude.
7. Commercial back-office experience would be advantageous.
Our offer:
1. A full-time job as a Commercial Coordinator.
2. A competitive salary of £34,000 to £40,000 based on experience.
3. 25 days holiday per year excluding Bank Holidays.
