Your New Company A well-established law firm based in Belfast city centre is recruiting for an experienced conveyancing secretary to join their residential property team. Your New Role In your new role as the conveyancing secretary, you will provide administrative support to all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, ensuring efficient handling of files, and providing direct support to the conveyancing solicitors across a range of property matters such as sales, purchases, remortgages and leases. What youll Need To Succeed To make a successful application to this role, you will be a legal secretary with ideally 3 years experience of working in a law firm and handling conveyancing matters. As such you will have familiarity with conveyancing documentation. Be proficient in word processing software including MS Office. Have the ability to work with others in the firm. Be able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Possess excellent attention to detail. Have a professional and courteous manner. The ability to type quickly and accurately.
