Oversee new contracts and collaborate with clients to assess financial impacts of projects.
Track and forecast project costs, including staff, subcontractors, and materials.
Provide updates on commercial aspects at project meetings.
Manage commercial processes related to project changes, issue necessary notices, and handle cost variations.
Produce regular commercial activity reports and act as the primary commercial contact with clients.
Support final account reviews and documentation.
Assist in commercial evaluations for new bids and pricing.
Attention to detail with proficient data entry skills.
Experience in construction or engineering, and familiarity with office environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and experience handling internal and external customer interactions.
