* Utilise your organisational skills to plan and produce personalized, online timetables for students and staff.
* Deliver exceptional customer support
* Work with specialist software and systems to manage complex scheduling tasks.
* Collect, interpret, and verify data from various sources.
* Work closely and communicate effectively with departments, students, and staff at all levels across the University., Be part of a supportive and dynamic team dedicated to student success.

* Contribute to important developments and improvements in timetabling processes.
Expertise:Proven experience in data management (and ideally timetabling or scheduling).
* Professionalism:High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in data collection, processing, and presentation, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and practical IT skills (including MS Office and large databases).
* Adaptability:Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to meet workload and team requirements.
* Customer Service:A deep understanding of what constitutes excellent customer service.
