Role: SEMH Teaching Assistant
Rate of pay: £400 - £500 – Dependant on experience
Location: Solihull
**About the role**
Connex Education is seeking a proactive SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school environment. This role provides the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will offer 1-1 support, helping students develop academically and socially, while also serving as a positive role model. Your contribution will be key in nurturing their growth and empowering them to achieve their full potential.

**Role Requirements**
* Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is required.
* Previous experience working in Educational is essential.
* Due to the location of the role a Car Driver is essential.
* A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
* An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
