Experienced PA / Office Manager / Project Coordinator
Are you looking for a new PA/Office Manager role in Solihull, Birmingham with a reputable company? This is an opportunity for someone wanting to make this role a career, not just a job. Join this small but energetic team with an Asset Management/Development Company as their overall office manager and personal assistant to the Managing Director. We are looking for someone proactive, highly organised, and able to use their initiative to be of value to the company.
We are a rapidly expanding Development and Asset Acquisition company with the office based in Solihull, Birmingham. We also provide property management services.
We are looking for an intelligent, flexible & experienced PA/Office Manager and Project Coordinator. Experience in working within the construction or commercial property industry is preferred but not essential.
With clear communication skills and a minimum of 3 years' experience in office management/administration, it is imperative that you have the ability to prioritise and switch between different tasks.
The duties include but are not limited to:
1. Diary management for an office team of 5
2. Excellent organisational and leadership skills
3. Ability to multitask
4. Ability to work without supervision
5. Excellent time management skills
6. Highly competent with Office 365
7. Strong organisation and operational skills
8. Ability to handle confidential information
9. General day-to-day office management and occasional errands
10. Data entry and bookkeeping including Xero (invoices/bank reconciliations/time sheets), monthly and weekly reports
11. Supporting and coordinating with site and project managers
12. Property management (tenancy agreements, liaison with inventory clerks, property inspections, arranging repairs, maintenance, etc.)
You will be reporting directly to the CEO.
Contract role – Immediate start.

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 + performance bonus

Benefits: 30 days + bank holidays, bonus as per the company policy
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
