Our client based in Bury St Edmunds has been providing practical legal advice for over 40 years and is seeking a legal secretary to join their team.
As a Legal Secretary, you will principally work one-to-one with an experienced and specialist lawyer, providing them with secretarial and administrative support to enable them to work effectively and efficiently. You will have an excellent manner with clients, among whom will be those who have recently been bereaved.
Key Duties:
1. Preparing correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation to a very high standard of accuracy.
2. Answering calls, taking messages, and helping visitors in person.
3. Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
4. File management.
