Key responsibilities include conducting initial assessments and screening of referrals, collaborating with multi-agency teams, making prompt and informed decisions, preparing clear and concise reports, and providing guidance and support to other professionals. A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with experience in safeguarding, child protection, or a MASH setting, is highly desirable.
