SPT Labtech is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented ESG and Quality Administrator to support both the ESG Lead and Quality Manager. This dual-role position will play a critical part in advancing our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives while also providing administrative support to the Quality team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sustainability and operational excellence, helping to implement, monitor, and improve ESG strategies and quality management processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:
ESG Responsibilities:
* Support the ESG Lead: Assist the ESG Lead in the development and execution of the company's ESG strategy, including environmental, social, and governance projects.
* Data Collection & Reporting: Collect, organize, and analyze ESG-related data across departments (e.g., energy consumption, waste management, diversity metrics). Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports, disclosures, and submissions to relevant stakeholders.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, investors, NGOs) to communicate the company’s ESG commitments and progress.
* Project Coordination: Help organize and coordinate ESG-related projects and initiatives, such as waste reduction programs, community outreach, and employee training sessions on sustainability practices.
* Benchmarking & Research: Support ESG Lead with research on industry best practices, emerging ESG trends, and competitor sustainability efforts to support continuous improvement in SPT Labtech’s ESG performance.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of ESG activities and document internal processes to support audit readiness and transparency.
* Event and Communication Support: Assist in planning and coordinating ESG-related workshops, webinars, and corporate events aimed at raising awareness of sustainability within the organization.
Quality Responsibilities:
* Support the Quality Manager: Assist in maintaining and improving the company’s quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
* Document Control: Manage and maintain quality-related documents and records, ensuring proper version control and availability for audits.
* Internal Audits: Assist in the scheduling, preparation, and execution of internal quality audits. Support the follow-up process for audit findings and corrective actions.
* Quality Reporting: Collect and analyze quality data (e.g., non-conformances, customer complaints) to support quality metrics reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
* Process Improvement: Assist in the identification and documentation of process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
* Supplier Quality Management: Support the Quality Manager in liaising with suppliers to ensure that quality standards are being met and assist with supplier audits or assessments.
Skills & Attributes
* Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Quality Management, Business, or a related field.
* You may have experience in ESG, quality management, compliance, or a related administrative role. Familiarity with ESG frameworks and initiatives (e.g., SBTi, GRI, SASB, CDP) and sustainability standards would be desirable.
* Ideally have experience:
o Working in a manufacturing or technology environment.
o Knowledge of environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001).
o Experience in sustainability certifications or ESG ratings.
The Essentials:
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail ideally with some experience in data management and analytics
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with sustainability reporting tools is a plus.
* Passion for sustainability and corporate responsibility.
