What Youll Be Doing: Engage with customers handle a high volume of inbound and outbound emails/calls, providing prompt and professional assistance. Manage customer interactions keep accurate records of trips, events, bookings, and member interactions. Build relationships foster trust and loyalty with customers through open and engaging communication. Problem-solving address customer inquiries, handle complaints, process orders, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring quick resolutions. Database management maintain an organised customer database and assist with processing sales targets. Sales & service excellence meet personal and team goals, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Collaborate work closely with your travel partners and office team to streamline processes and enhance service. Follow best practices adhere to company policies and deliver accurate, complete information using the right tools. What Youll Have: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Previous customer service experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task efficiently. Strong attention to detail & organisational skills.
