Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Assistant to support the management and maintenance of our site. This will require maintenance of 4 units, and landscaping will be required. You will assist with tasks and be directly responsible for a range of other ad hoc tasks. We work as a fantastic team; it is therefore important that you are prepared to work in a team environment where working together and supporting others is essential. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
Formal qualifications are not required, but we will expect you to be able to demonstrate an aptitude for these types of tasks. Some relevant work experience would be an advantage. Most importantly, we are seeking an individual with a positive, "can do" attitude.
Responsibilities
1. Maintenance and repair of wooden structures including fencing.
2. Landscaping.
3. Roof repairs/maintenance.
4. Solar panel cleaning.
5. Window repairs/maintenance.
6. Electrics, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
7. Ad hoc tasks as directed by the General Manager.
Skills
1. Dedicated and hard working.
2. An aptitude for working with machinery.
3. Experience of property maintenance and ground care work.
4. Full UK Driving Licence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.00-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
