To provide administrative support in the Sales and Service department, a degree of flexibility is required to work across all areas of the business as necessary. Duties:-
* Ensure the Health and safety, environmental and quality policies are adhered to all times
* Supports the service and sales department with the day to day administrative duties such as filing and scanning
* Develops knowledge and understanding of all systems relating to these departments
* Supports service and sales department in moving forward to a digitalised filing system
* Assists with physical and electronica file management
* Supports the service team with equipment on/off hire requirements in the rental asset management programme
* Supports the service team with production of certification through the in-house asset management programme
* Answer incoming service and sales telephone calls and redirects the calls accordingly
* Liaises with the sales and service coordinators, providing support and cover during periods of holidays or absence
Previous administrative experience advantageous but not required
Good communicator the the ability to effectively present information in written and electronic format to the highest standard
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience in Excel and basic spreadsheets advantageous.
