Location: Ruislip, Middlesex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, with one hour for lunch
Job summary: The role forms part of the sales support team, whose function it is to provide full operational and administrative support to the National and Sales account managers.
General duties:
* Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
* Handling customer queries
* Completing customer data sheets for use in online activities
* Preparing quotations
* Generating reports for the sales team
* Generating customer status reports
* Sample requests
* Preparing image banks for customer use
Skills:
* Advanced Excel ( Vlookups & Pivot tables ) /MS Office
* Minimum 2 years experience in a sales office or customer service role within the import/export and distribution sector
* Experience of supporting account managers or field sales team
* Able to work to set deadlines
* Be able to work on their own initiative
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels
* Ability to prioritise
* Fluency in another European language is advantageous
