Our client, a leading company in the Power Utilities and Energy sector, is currently seeking skilled LV/HV Field Technicians to join their team and work on various connections and maintenance projects across the UK. This is a permanent position that involves UK-wide travel, with stay-aways required.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nConducting installation, maintenance, and testing of LV/HV equipment\nWorking on connections and maintenance projects within renewable, solar, and BESS developments\nEnsuring the safety and functionality of substations and associated equipment\nDiagnosing and rectifying faults in electrical systems\nAdhering to technical standards and safety regulations\nCollaborating with other teams to ensure timely project delivery\nMaintaining accurate records of all work completed\nProviding excellent customer service and support\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nExperience in working with both LV and HV equipment\nStrong knowledge of BESS and solar power systems\nTrade qualification as an Electrician is essential\nUnderstanding of substation operations and maintenance\nProficiency in working with 33Kv systems\nAbility to travel across the UK and work away when necessary\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nGood communication and teamwork abilities\n\nBenefits:\n\nSalary ranging between £40,000-£45,000 per annum\nCompany vehicle and necessary tools, PPE provided\n26 days holiday\nOvertime paid at x1.5 over standard hours\nStaying away allowance\nPension scheme with 5% contribution\nMonday to Friday, 40-hour working week\nIf you are an experienced LV/HV Field Technician with a passion for the Power Distribution and Energy sector, we would love to hear from you.
