Required for September 2025 Deputy Head of Sixth Form This dynamic role is currently focused on welcoming and supporting pupils who join our School at 16. You will guide them through their entire journey, from their expression of initial interest to their successful integration into our vibrant Sixth Form and the wider school community. The school has been coeducational in the Sixth Form for over thirty years but is never complacent; because of this, you will collaborate with senior leaders and staff to foster a positive and inclusive culture for all pupils. The successful candidate will be a passionate, dedicated and well-qualified graduate who is committed to providing exceptional pastoral care. They will have the vision and skills to ensure that new pupils transition smoothly into the Sixth Form, excel in their academic pursuits, actively participate in the co-curricular life of the School and flourish as young adults. This role involves close collaboration with the Head of the Sixth Form, the other Deputy Heads of Sixth Form, and the Admissions team. The School has its own salary structure based on, but substantially above, national scales and a wide range of opportunities for advancement beyond the basic pay scale.
