Monitoring and reporting on KPIs for CONNECT, data accuracy, and sales team compliance. Generating monthly summary reports for sales and marketing managers. Incentive Systems: Creating and managing incentive system scenarios for the field force. Calculating premiums for sales roles and tracking weekly/monthly target achievements. Updating and improving tracking systems for bonus calculation. Database Solutions: Regularly sharing and updating IQVIA data. Identifying and addressing improvement areas in IQVIA reports. Integrating Salesforce CRM with IQVIA data for performance analysis. Reporting & Analysis: Preparing timely market and performance reports (monthly, periodic, annual). Conducting market research to support business needs. Automating workflows and improving efficiency through process digitalization. Performing ad-hoc analyses to align with company strategies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering. Minimum 1-year relevant experience preferred. Strong English proficiency. Proficiency in PowerBI and MS Office Suite. Excellent presentation skills
