The successful Learning Support Assistant will be supporting young children aged 5-11 with ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and various other learning disabilities and mental health needs.

This fulfilling Learning Support Assistant role involves:
1. Job type - Contract
2. Pay - £83.33 - £90 per day
3. Work-life balance working hours - 08:30 am - 03:30 pm (Monday - Friday - term time)
4. Great transport links from Wantage, Didcot, and wider Oxford
5. Behaviour monitoring - maintaining the students to preserve a calm learning environment for all in line with the school's guidance.
6. 1:2:1 student support on various subjects in the KS1 & KS2 curriculum including literacy, numeracy, and phonics.
7. Comply with the Abingdon-based school's policies and procedures, including data protection, health & safety, and safeguarding.
8. Pastoral care - support to students with tools such as counselling, mentoring, and advice
Contract Details:
* Pay - £83.33 - £90 per day
* Contract - 12 months (contract to permanent)
* Monday - Friday (08:30 am - 3:30 pm)
