Our client is a large global investment company operating in more than 20 countries, with an outstanding brand presence in the investment market!
They seek a highly competent, organised, and professional Personal Assistant to provide administrative assistance to a global team part-time, three days a week, based in the City!
The role will be crucial to the team and be responsible for managing complex diaries & busy calendars, managing a large volume of travel and reservations & much more!
The suitable candidate should have at least 5 years of experience operating in a larger complex investment/financial company and managing multiple people in big teams.
Duties Include:
* Extensive diary management across different time zones.
* Complex travel arrangements.
* Producing travel itineraries.
* Arranging a high volume of reservations, including taxis, hotels, and restaurants.
* Meeting and greeting clients.
* Organising conference rooms.
Skills/Experience Required:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Team Assistant/Executive Assistant.
* Experience in a client-facing role.
* Excellent experience working in larger teams, with some exposure to supporting global teams.
* Solid experience working in Investment Management/Private Equity/Finance.
* Excellent diary management skills across complex time zones.
* Good experience operating all MS packages.
* High attention to detail.
