Our platform supports international construction companies and their landmark projects on five continents. The UK is one of our key markets, with leading companies like Ballymore, Lendlease, Domis, and Morgan Sindall relying on our technology. Key Responsibilities: Visit construction sites regularly and connect with our users. Be the go-to person for any support needed, acting as the friendly face to the customer. Run community events to connect construction peers. Provide a platform for innovative sites and people in the construction industry to showcase their tech-savvy solutions. Listen to customers, train, and support all project teams to ensure they love using our platform. Represent Sablono at industry events and conferences, Foster collaboration and proudly represent the brand. Your profile Passion for supporting construction, ideally with your own project experience. Background in Construction or Civil Engineering (1 year or more). Great people skills and a desire to connect in person. Willingness to visit construction sites and get your boots muddy. High responsiveness and proactiveness. Believer in innovative solutions. Serving attitude with an understanding of change and transformation processes.
