The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive footfall, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. You’ll combine strategic thinking with creative execution, helping to elevate our venues’ presence across both traditional and digital platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our marketing vision and lead exciting projects that resonate with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to boost brand presence and customer loyalty across our venues.
* Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and elevate each venue’s identity across all marketing channels.
* Digital Marketing: Oversee website management, email marketing, social media campaigns, and online advertising to engage and retain customers.
* Content Creation: Collaborate with the design team to create engaging content that connects with target audiences and enhances brand visibility.
* Event Promotion: Plan and execute events and promotions to increase footfall and customer engagement.
* Market Research: Monitor emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform and optimise marketing plans.
* Partnerships & Collaborations: Forge partnerships with influencers and local businesses to expand brand reach.
* Budget Management: Effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring that initiatives are executed within budget while maximising ROI.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyse performance, and refine strategies based on insights to ensure continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
* Marketing qualification (e.g., CIM Professional Diploma) or relevant business/marketing degree.
* 3+ years in marketing management, preferably within hospitality or FMCG.
* Strong digital marketing experience, with advanced knowledge of social media, websites, and online advertising.
* Event management expertise and experience working with PR and media.
* Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver results.
* Experience working with creative design teams to create POS materials.
