1. The Department
The Ticketing Department is responsible for the sale and delivery of all season ticket and matchday tickets across both Premier League, Women Super League (WSL), and U21 fixtures. The department also fulfills bookings for away travel, soccer schools, and stadium tours, providing a central contact point for fan enquiries.
2. The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Matchday Ticket Sales Advisor to join the team on matchdays to provide support to our fans in a welcoming and efficient manner. You will be responsible for serving, advising, and processing fan queries in the Ticket Office on matchdays. You will process ticket sales on the ticketing system and handle sales orders over the counter in line with processes, supporting in the Matchday calls of the Ticket Office and ensuring that your cash/till balances at the end of every day.

3. The Person
You will need to have demonstrable experience of providing front-facing customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be approachable and a clear, concise communicator with the ability to handle potentially difficult conversations professionally. You must be a highly motivated team player who can demonstrate a genuine passion and belief in creating and providing a best-in-class customer experience for our fans.
You must be available to work flexibly as the role will require you to work both Men’s and Women’s First Team home matches (minimum of 80% attendance) and occasional other events which will include evenings and weekends.
