About the Role: Hays Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a reputable primary school for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about early childhood education to join a supportive and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages children's social, emotional, and academic development.
3. Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
4. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children's learning and development.
5. Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
3. A current DBS check on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching young children.
