We would like to appoint an ECT as we have a very experienced staff profile and feel we can offer high levels of support and guidance, we also value the contributions that an ECT can make though bringing new ideas and enthusiasm. We also have a 36 place resource base provision for children with speech, language and communication needs. Inclusion is very important to us and sits at the heart of everything we do.
