To work as part of the Harrogate Harlow Private Patients Service administrative team providing administrative support of a high standard. Demonstrating due diligence while promoting effective working practices commensurate with the post, and maintaining confidentiality relating to the welfare and treatment of patients and staff at all times.
Main duties of the job
* Is responsible for dedicated outpatient clinics ensuring that at all times a high quality service is provided to patients, consultants and their staff.
* Ensures that all clinic slots are filled appropriately maximising clinic usage.
* Monitors effectiveness of clinic lists, following consultation re-profiles clinics, where necessary, ensuring on a daily basis the smooth running of all outpatient clinics.

Person Specification
Experience
* Previous recent experience of working in a clerical / administrative role within Private Healthcare.
* Experienced in offering excellent customer service within a patient facing role.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a busy environment.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word for Windows and internet/web skills or equivalent.
* 3 GCSEs or equivalent including English at Grade C or above.
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
Salary: £24,071 to £25,674 per annum pro rata.
