Based in Antrim town, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Part Time Office Manager to join a small business. Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will take responsibility for a number of key duties within the small but busy Office. Candidate must be suitably experienced to take full autonomy on dealing with clients and will effectively manage their own diary.
This is an ideal role for a complete self starter with very good professional business acumen looking for a varied role covering perhaps 20 hours a week. There would be the opportunity to do more hours to suit both the business and the individual. Ideally hours initially spread over 4 days - 9am -1.30pm
THE ROLE
· Most time spent on the phone in liaison with clients and updating the CRM system
· Managing emails, fact-finding and correspondence with clients and potential clients
· Following up on leads and constant updating on CRM taking full accountability
· Updating social media
THE PERSON
· Excellent telephone and people skills mannerism with the confidence to speak to decision makers
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Office Administrator within a busy environment plus experience and/or aptitude in telesales
· Experience/knowledge of using social media for company marketing purposes
· Preferably office experience or experience within a manufacturing company
· Good level of education ideally to a 3rd level or equivalent
SALARY
A salary within the range £27k - £32k per annum pro rata.
