Brief Overview of Role:
Responsible for post implementation fault finding, testing and the repair of audio-visual equipment for various job sites.
Accountabilities Include: Knowledge & Key Skills
Onsite Work 80%
* Projection and Display Devices (Maintenance)
* Audio and Video Conferencing (Cisco/Zoom/Microsoft Teams)
* Microsoft Hub
* Digital Signage Systems (Scala/OneLAN/Brightsign)
* Video Wall Display Systems (Datapath/Dexon) – Wish supervision
* IPTV (Exterity /Mediastar/Tripleplay)
* Configuring and performing diagnostics and firmware updates of videoconferencing codecs and AV hardware in general.
* Site cleanliness
* Communicating with customers and site contacts
* Adherence to site rules, procedures and H&S
In office 20
* Completing post job and PM reports/ Onsite
* Proving phone/email tech support
* Product research and development for client requirements
* Continue with PDP and applicable training
* IMS and Quality Policy awareness and development
Essential:
Effective communication skills at all levels especially client facing
Good numeracy and written skills
Must be well organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
whilst dealing with clients pro-actively
Quick response to service desk tickets
Able to work individually and as part of a team
Good time keeping and dressed according for the job in hand
Fully compliant with The Health and Safety at work act 1974
Clean driving licence and current passport holder
