This role oversees fleet training to ensure all colleagues meet Carnival UK Fleet Training Matrices, Corporate, and Maritime Flag State standards. This role involves proactive planning to align crew training with onboarding schedules, optimising course fill, and minimising costs, whilst ensuring effective communication with external training providers, Global Talent Partners, and various stakeholders. Compliance experience is highly desired in this role.,
* Planning Fleet Training to ensure fleet colleagues are suitably qualified and certificated for the duration of their time onboard
* Maintaining a good Awareness of Global, Corporate and Maritime Flag State Training and Certification requirements
* Scheduling courses and securing bookings to meet Carnival UK SLA's for course attendance e.g. CSMART
* Accurately recording and reporting of compliance MI to enable effective risk management.
Excellent organisational skills and proactive approach
* Provide supportive challenge and escalate issues as required
* Effective communication skills with training providers, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders
