Main duties of the job The successful midwife will be responsible for managing a team of Midwives and Maternity Support Workers. This post will be predominantly management with the expectation to work clinically on delivery suite where required. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high standards of midwifery and clinical care.
